Overview
A selective fellowship run by Bombay Shaving Company, identifying and developing India's future entrepreneurs through mentored apprenticeships at startups and VC firms, with a guaranteed fast-track role for those selected. No prior startup experience, prototype, or revenue is required. Selection runs through a pen-and-paper Anandi-NEAT test (quantitative, logic, data interpretation, general awareness, and business judgment) held across 17 Indian cities, with the next sitting on November 29, 2026, followed by a 3-day Grit Bootcamp in Gurgaon in May 2027 for the top 50 candidates, from which 10 fellows are selected.
Eligibility
- Students in Grades 11-12 at any Indian school, or first-year undergraduates
- No prior startup experience, prototype, or revenue required
Funding Purpose
Rs 1 lakh per year scholarship during college, plus Rs 1 lakh per month stipend for 3-4 summer internships, Rs 25 lakh per year on graduation as Entrepreneur-in-Residence, and a Rs 1 crore investment for a 10% equity stake in startups founded before age 27.
