ZeedFund is a discovery and research platform that tracks and lists Indian funding opportunities for startups, MSMEs, and social enterprises: government schemes, grants, incubator and accelerator programmes, debt, and equity sources. We are not a government body, a fund, an incubator, or a financial advisor, and we do not accept, evaluate, or fund applications ourselves.

We research and verify opportunity listings against official sources before publishing them, and each listing links back to its official source. Scheme details, deadlines, eligibility criteria, and funding amounts are set and controlled entirely by the organisations that run them, and can change without notice. Always confirm current details on the official page before applying or making any decision based on a listing.

ZeedFund is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on information on this site, or for outcomes of applications you submit to third parties.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish substantial parts of our listings without permission
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
• Use the site to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

Listings link out to official government, incubator, and organisation websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those external sites.

The ZeedFund name, logo, and site design are our property. Underlying scheme and organisation facts are public information; our compiled descriptions, categorization, and guides are our own content and may not be reproduced without permission.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
