Overview
CHUNAUTI (Challenge Hunt Under NGIS for Advanced Uninhibited Technology Intervention) is a series of online challenges run under STPI's NGIS initiative, in partnership with MeitY, MeitY Startup Hub, and other stakeholders, to identify and support promising startups building products in emerging technology sectors. AIC STPINEXT hosts and administers this challenge locally. It targets founders working in FinTech, healthcare, education, DeepTech, e-commerce, SaaS, environment, e-governance, agriculture, cybersecurity, and assistive technology, at any stage from ideation through scaling.
Eligibility
- Indian startups focused on software product development
- Minimum 51% Indian ownership, not a foreign subsidiary
- DPIIT-registered startups are encouraged to apply
- Startups at any stage accepted, from ideation through scaling
Funding Purpose
Selected startups receive up to Rs 25 lakh in equity-based seed funding channeled via financial institutions, stipends of up to Rs 10,000 per month for pre-incubation interns, and cloud credits from service providers, alongside incubation workspace, security testing facilities, mentoring, networking, IPR filing assistance, and go-to-market support.
