Overview
ELEVATE is Karnataka's grant-in-aid scheme for early-stage startups, offering up to Rs 50 lakh in a one-time, milestone-based, non-dilutive grant. The most recently confirmed call's window closed 15 Jul 2026; it is a recurring program with new calls launched periodically.
Eligibility
- Karnataka-incorporated startup, 10 years old or less, turnover under Rs 200 crore
- At least 2-person founding team
- Not a prior ELEVATE recipient within the last 3 years
Funding Purpose
One-time non-dilutive grant-in-aid disbursed in two milestone-based tranches, across 4 tracks: general ELEVATE, ELEVATE Aspire (non-Bengaluru Urban), ELEVATE Unnati (SC/ST-led), ELEVATE Shakti (women-led).
