GCV Entrepreneur-in-Residence Program (via IIIT Sri City Innovation Centre)

Overview

The GCV Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR) Program is run by Gyan Circle Ventures (GCV), the Technology Business Incubator at IIIT Sri City, under its TIDE 2.0 mandate. It targets individuals or teams still at the idea validation stage, offering them a grant plus a period working from the GCV incubator space to develop and validate their idea into a proof of concept, with institutional support throughout.

Eligibility

  • Open to individual entrepreneurs, students (both undergraduate and postgraduate), and existing startups
  • Applicant must be ready to develop and validate their idea into a proof of concept

Funding Purpose

A grant of up to Rs. 4 lakh per EiR is meant to support the entrepreneur through the idea validation and proof of concept stage, while working from GCV's incubator space with institutional support.
