Overview
A one-time, non-repayable seed capital grant administered by the Start-up IT Promotion Cell (SITPC), Department of IT, Electronics & Communications, Government of Goa, for idea and MVP-stage startups holding a valid SITPC startup certificate. Roughly 100 startups are selected per year.
Eligibility
- Holder of a valid SITPC startup certificate
- Idea or MVP stage
- Startup based in or committed to operating in Goa
Funding Purpose
One-time non-repayable grant of up to INR 10 lakh.

Obtain an SITPC startup certificate, then apply using the official Seed Capital Scheme application form through the Goa Online portal.
