Overview
The Idea Support Grant is a component of the Arunachal Pradesh Startup Policy that identifies and funds promising early-stage ideas through an annual entrepreneurship challenge. The state selects around 50 startups a year through this competitive process, with domiciled startups given priority, and winners receive grant-in-aid along with access to pre-incubation and incubation facilities.

Funding Purpose
The grant is grant-in-aid support intended to fund early-stage idea development and to grant access to pre-incubation and incubation facilities. The top 10 winners of the annual challenge receive Rs 5,00,000 each, and the next 40 winners receive Rs 4,00,000 each.
