Overview

Impact Orbit, Tech-Enabled Social Innovations Program is run by NSRCEL at IIM Bangalore as a sector-agnostic accelerator for tech-enabled ventures with sustained social impact. It targets ventures generating impact in areas such as education, health, livelihood, WASH, water and climate, agriculture, and gender equality, and runs for roughly 8-9 months.

Eligibility

  • For-profit or non-profit, tech-enabled, registered entity
  • In operation for more than a year with sustained social impact
  • At an early revenue to growth stage with proven proof-of-concept or pilots
  • Impact-first orientation, with direct potential to impact at least 3 UN Sustainable Development Goals

Funding Purpose

Selected ventures receive grants of up to Rs. 15 lakh, intended to support clarity in value proposition, alternate sources of funding and fundraising readiness, impact metrics readiness, and 1-on-1 mentoring from domain experts.
