NIDHI-PRAYAS

Overview
NIDHI-PRAYAS (Promoting and Accelerating Young and Aspiring innovators and Startups) is a national DST/NSTEDB scheme that funds idea and prototype-stage innovators with grants of up to Rs 10 lakh, delivered through a nationwide network of designated host Technology Business Incubators. MaDeIT Innovation Foundation is one of the official PRAYAS centres for this program. Applications are currently open.
Eligibility
- Indian citizen with an original, unfunded innovative idea or early-stage prototype
- Idea or prototype-stage innovation, not yet an operating company
- Application routed through MaDeIT Innovation Foundation as the designated NIDHI-PRAYAS centre
Funding Purpose
Prototype development and validation for idea-stage innovations - covers costs such as raw materials, components, third-party fabrication, and testing.
