Overview
NEEDS offers Tamil Nadu entrepreneurs a 25% capital subsidy (up to Rs 75 lakh) and 3% interest subvention; women entrepreneurs additionally get a 5% capital-subsidy top-up (up to Rs 2 lakh extra), a lower promoter-contribution requirement, and a relaxed age limit.
Eligibility
- HSC-qualified, 3-year Tamil Nadu residency, micro/small manufacturing or service enterprise
- Women get an additional 5% capital subsidy (up to Rs 2 lakh extra), lower promoter contribution (5% vs 10%), and a relaxed age limit (up to 55)
Funding Purpose
25% capital subsidy (up to Rs 75 lakh) plus 3% interest subvention for all applicants; women get a further capital-subsidy top-up.
