- Startup legally registered in India, preferably DPIIT-recognized
- At least 51% equity held by Indian promoters
- Innovative tech-driven solution with a working prototype or MVP
- Minimum 3-month association with ACIC-VGU

Prototype improvement, MVP testing, commercialization, and operational costs including branding, legal, and IPR.
