Overview

A non-dilutive grant program under HDFC Bank's Parivartan CSR umbrella, now in its 9th/FY26 edition, with over Rs 85 crore disbursed cumulatively since launch across 45+ incubators and 165+ startups. HDFC Bank funds a set of partner incubators (around 12-15 selected annually), who in turn fund and mentor early-stage social-impact startups for pilots, validation, and early-stage scale-up. FY26 priority sectors include climate innovation, agriculture and sustainable livelihoods, manufacturing/MSME innovation, financial inclusion, gender diversity and inclusion, and select AI/deep-tech initiatives.

Eligibility

  • Startup must work in the social sector, falling under Schedule VII of the Companies Act 2013 / CSR Policy Rules 2014
  • Applicants do not apply to HDFC Bank directly; they apply through one of HDFC Bank's selected partner incubators, each of which sets its own eligibility detail and deadline

Funding Purpose

Rs 20 crore total for FY26, disbursed across roughly 10 strategic initiatives and partner incubators, each granting to startups within its own cohort.
