Overview
TBI-GEU is a DST-recognised university incubator with a formally published Incubation and Seed Fund Policy governed by an independent SEED-X evaluation committee, with preference given to women-led and rural-sector startups. Also runs a smaller Pre-Incubation Grant up to Rs 60,000.

Eligibility
- Legally registered entity (Pvt Ltd/LLP/Partnership) with validated prototype/MVP
- Minimum 3 months' incubation at TBI-GEU before seed application
- Entity not older than 10 years and DPIIT-compliant
- No ongoing disputes/blacklist with any government/funding body
Funding Purpose
Prototype development, proof of concept, market entry - funded via 1-5% advisory equity or 2-10% revenue share, milestone-based disbursement.

Three annual cycles via the official online portal, two-stage screening plus SEED-X pitch evaluation.
