Overview

Villgro's flagship incubation program for early-stage social enterprises working on market-based solutions across Climate-Smart Agriculture, Healthcare, Climate Action, and Inclusive Livelihoods & Entrepreneurship. Selected ventures get a blend of financial support (equity, debt, grant, or a combination) alongside subsidised mentoring, specialist technical services, industry-expert diagnostic panels, a 100-day acceleration plan with monthly targets, and training on gender-inclusive business practices and impact measurement.

Eligibility

  • Early-stage social enterprise with an innovative, market-based solution
  • Working in one of Villgro's four focus areas: Climate-Smart Agriculture, Healthcare, Climate Action, or Inclusive Livelihoods & Entrepreneurship
  • Demonstrable potential to create social impact at scale

Funding Purpose

A blend of financial support (equity, debt, grant, or a combination) alongside intensive incubation support, to help early-stage social enterprises commercialise and scale.
