AIC-BIMTECH runs a four-stage startup journey, Khoj (pre-incubation), Prarambh (incubation), Gurukul (acceleration), and Udaan (advanced acceleration and fundraising), moving founders from idea to investor-ready venture. Eligibility
- Khoj: open to entrepreneurs at any stage, for those with a business idea but unsure how to proceed
- Prarambh: entry point for startups ready to build a sustainable, scalable business model
- Gurukul: startup must be post-MVP or at an advanced product stage, revenue-generating, registered as a Private Limited entity, and sector-agnostic; DPIIT registration required upon final selection
- Udaan: a standalone funding-stage program for startups seeking to raise venture capital
Funding Purpose
Khoj and Prarambh provide business-plan development support, expert sessions on company fundamentals, mentor networking, paid co-working space, and sample documents and resources. Gurukul is meant to strengthen sales, optimize operations, and support market expansion through investor exposure and B2B connections. Udaan is meant to help startups raise venture capital from multiple funds through intensive investor exposure.
