AIC-NMIMS Incubation Program

Overview

AIC-NMIMS (Atal Incubation Centre at NMIMS) is an incubation centre operated by NMIMS University in Mumbai, governed by a Board of Directors and Management Team, with mentorship drawn from both NMIMS faculty and industry professionals. It supports emerging ventures with mentoring, infrastructure and facilities, co-working space options, and networking with partners and industry.

Eligibility

  • Registered as Private Limited Company, Sole Proprietorship, One Person Company, Partnership Firm, LLP, or other government approved form
  • Startup not older than 7 years from registration (10 years for biotech)
  • Annual turnover must not exceed Rs 25 crore in any preceding financial year
  • Unregistered applicants may apply if they register within 1 year of incubation start
  • Scalable, innovative business model

Application Process

There is a defined selection process for incubatees, including an application portal, screening, business proposal evaluation, interviews, and a final pitching stage, plus a separate application portal for co-working space.
