Him Startup Yojana (HIMSUP) is a seed funding scheme for entrepreneurs in Himachal Pradesh, sponsored by the Himachal Pradesh Centre for Entrepreneurship and Development (HPCED) and administered through IIT Mandi Catalyst. The scheme provides seed funding of up to INR 50 lakhs to startups, aimed at supporting the youth, existing and potential entrepreneurs of Himachal Pradesh in starting their own enterprises.
