Overview

The IIITB-IC TIDE 2.0 Fund is delivered by the IIITB Innovation Centre, which is approved as a MeitY TIDE 2.0 G2 Centre under the Ministry of Electronics and IT's MeitY Startup Hub, and is also recognised as a Government of Karnataka approved incubation facility. TIDE 2.0 is a national program to support ICT enabled technology startups, and at IIITB it is structured around helping ideas move from validation through to a working product.

  • Focus sectors include healthcare, education, agriculture, infrastructure and transportation, financial inclusion, and e-governance

Funding Purpose

The fund supports two stages of work: an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR) category offering up to Rs. 4 lakh to validate and develop an idea into a proof of concept, and a Prototype stage offering funding support of up to Rs. 7 lakh to translate that proof of concept into a product and beyond.

Application Process
