Seed Capital and Marketing Assistance is a component of the Uttar Pradesh State Startup Policy, delivered through StartinUP, the state's startup portal. Eligibility
- Startup must be recognized under the UP State Startup Policy
- Startups with women, transgender, or differently-abled cofounders holding more than 26% equity are eligible for an additional 50% incentive
