Overview
The Startup India Seed Fund Scheme (SISFS), hosted at KIIT-TBI, provides central government seed funding to early-stage DPIIT-recognized startups through a two-tier structure of grant and debt funding.
Eligibility
- DPIIT-recognized startup
- Incorporated for no more than 2 years
- At least 51% Indian promoter shareholding
Funding Purpose
Up to INR 20 lakh as a grant for proof-of-concept, prototype development, or product trials, and up to INR 50 lakh as debt or convertible debentures for market entry, commercialization, or scaling.
