T-Hub Foundation Program

Overview

T-Hub is a startup ecosystem enabler founded in 2015 as a public-private partnership between the Government of Telangana, IIIT-Hyderabad, the Indian School of Business, and NALSAR University of Law, and has supported over 2,000 startups whose portfolio companies have collectively raised more than $2 billion. The T-Hub Foundation Program is one of several concurrent programs T-Hub runs.

Eligibility

  • Achieved product market fit and at least Rs 50 lakh ARR
  • Stage from Seed to Pre-Series A with early investor backing or strong traction
  • Building beyond founder led execution, starting to build functional depth
  • Building innovative, high potential products
  • Focus sectors: Enterprise SaaS, AI and Deep Tech, Fintech, Sustainability and Energy Tech, Health and Life Sciences (other sectors considered with exceptional potential)

Application Process

T-Hub separately runs a DPIIT-backed Seed Fund (under SISFS) that can provide up to Rs 50 lakh, where applicants visit the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme portal, create a founder profile, and select T-Hub Foundation as their preferred incubator; applications then undergo initial screening by T-Hub's internal evaluation committee, shortlisted founders pitch before a panel of experts, investors, and industry mentors, and selected startups receive seed funding plus 12 months of incubation support including mentors, networks, and infrastructure.
