Overview
Women Startup Program is a grant and incubation initiative run by NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore in partnership with Kotak BizLabs (Kotak Mahindra Bank's CSR initiative), supporting women-led ventures from idea stage through to revenue. The program does not take any equity in the startups it supports.
Eligibility
- Women entrepreneurs aged 18 or above
- Majority women-owned venture
- Stage ranges from idea to revenue-generating
Funding Purpose
Grant funding of INR 10 lakh per selected venture, along with incubation support. No equity is taken, since the program is funded through Kotak Mahindra Bank's CSR budget.

Apply through NSRCEL's official website during the program's open application window; selection is based on venture stage and fit with the program's women-led focus.
