Overview
The GST Reimbursement scheme under Startup Nagaland returns a portion of the state GST paid by a recognised startup on its sales of goods and services, improving cash flow in the startup's early years, with enhanced benefits for women-led startups.
Eligibility
- Must be a recognised startup with a valid GSTIN
- Must file GST returns during the claim period
- Regular startups can claim for 3 years; women-led startups can claim for up to 5 years total
Funding Purpose
The scheme reimburses up to Rs. 1.5 lakh annually of state GST paid on sales of goods and services, with an additional 30 percent reimbursement for women-led startups for up to two extra years.
