Overview
This Startup Nagaland scheme reimburses startups for the costs of formally incorporating their entity and for ongoing statutory compliance in the years following incorporation, lowering the barrier to formal registration and encouraging startups to move to a recognised legal structure with DPIIT registration.
Eligibility
- Must incorporate under the Companies Act 2013, the Partnership Act 1932, or the Limited Liability Partnership Act 2002
- Must register with DPIIT
Funding Purpose
In year one, the scheme reimburses up to Rs. 50,000 covering the full cost of incorporation and DPIIT registration fees. In years two and three, it reimburses 50 percent of compliance costs, capped at Rs. 30,000 annually.
