Overview
An incubation program branded Project BHULI to identify and support 150+ high-potential, growth-oriented SHG women-led rural enterprises in Uttarakhand with grants, soft loans, mentorship, and market linkages.

Funding Purpose
Grants and soft loans up to Rs 15 lakh combined to scale rural, women-led enterprises through financial assistance, mentorship, and market access.
Application Process
Three phases: online application, a Challenge Fund competition (top 500 screened, 250 trained and pitching to a jury), then 150+ selected enterprises receive 18-24 months of structured incubation support.
