Overview
A Manipur state scheme giving existing startups and entrepreneurs a capital subsidy against bank loan financing to scale commercially viable ventures that create employment for internally displaced persons.
Eligibility
- Bona fide resident of Manipur
- Existing commercially viable or bankable business, not purely a new idea
- Must commit to employing internally displaced persons
Funding Purpose
A 35% state government capital subsidy against 60% bank loan financing (plus 5% or more beneficiary margin money) on the approved bankable project cost, to help existing businesses scale and absorb labour from among Manipur's internally displaced population.
