Overview
The Innovation Catalyst Grant (ICG) is a one-time grant offered by Startup Nagaland, administered by the Nagaland Innovation Society (NIS), to recognise and reward startups whose product or solution is judged the most innovative and capable of addressing a critical problem within the state.
Eligibility
- Must be recognised as a startup under the Nagaland Startup Policy
- Product/solution must be judged the most innovative among applicants
- Solution must address a critical problem within the state
- Must demonstrate scalability
Funding Purpose
The grant of up to Rs. 5 lakh per startup is meant to support the development and commercialisation of the innovative product or solution.
Application Process
Eligible applicants apply through the Startup Nagaland portal (startup.nagaland.gov.in). Applications go through a first-level screening by the Nagaland Innovation Society, followed by selected startups pitching before a panel of the Startup Council.
