Overview
The Soft Loan Scheme for Women Entrepreneurs is operated by Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) to provide accessible working-capital lending to women-led businesses in Kerala, specifically to help them fulfil government and Public Sector Undertaking contracts. It offers a soft loan of up to Rs. 15 lakh as working capital, capped at 80% of the purchase order value, carrying 6% simple interest and repayable within 1 year or on completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
Eligibility
- Must be a registered company in Kerala as an LLP or Private Limited company with an active KSUM Unique ID
- Must hold DIPP/DPIIT registration with active MCA status
- Must be working on an innovative product or technology
- Must have no outstanding government dues and must not be blacklisted
Funding Purpose
Funds support implementing works and projects received from Government departments and Public Sector Undertakings in Kerala, functioning as working capital to fulfil government contract obligations.
