NIDHI Accelerator, Agri Focus (via AIC ISB Association)

Overview

The NIDHI Accelerator is a National Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB) initiative, under the Department of Science and Technology, designed to nurture and fast-track promising, innovation-driven startups through mentoring, funding access, and market connections. AIC ISB at the Indian School of Business implements this edition of the program with a specific focus on agriculture-sector ventures, running a defined cohort with mentorship, corporate partnerships, and a culminating demo day.

Eligibility

  • At least one year since company incorporation
  • Early-stage venture demonstrating revenue and scalability potential
  • Working within one of seven agri sub-themes: precision agriculture, sustainable farming, supply chain optimisation, post-harvest processing, agricultural data intelligence, robotics, or agri-fintech

Funding Purpose

Grant support, up to Rs 500,000 awarded to the top three startups, along with expert mentorship, capacity building, corporate partnership and pilot testing opportunities, and fundraising guidance, is meant to help agri startups accelerate revenue and prepare for further fundraising.

Application Process

Applications are accepted via the Accubate platform (iventureisb.accubate.app), followed by shortlisting, a program run of several weeks, and a culminating Demo Day.
