Eligibility
- Indian Private Limited company with minimum 51 percent Indian ownership
- DPIIT-recognized status required
- Based in a Tier-II or Tier-III city
- Market-ready operations, preferably generating revenue
- Must have already secured private, non-government matching investment
Funding Purpose
The scheme provides up to Rs 50 lakhs in matching equity investment (1:1 against private investor funds), intended to accelerate growth-stage capital needs, supported by 12 months of post-funding monitoring and strategic guidance.
Application Process
The program runs through five stages: initial application, a two-stage evaluation, validation of matching fund agreements, Ministry approval and fund disbursement, and investor demo day participation with equity compliance requirements.
