Overview

The MeitY TIDE 2.0 Grant, delivered through Chitkara Innovation Incubator Foundation (CIIF), is a Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology program built to transform early concepts into working prototypes or Minimum Viable Products. It combines financial support with technical mentorship for startups building in emerging technology areas such as IoT, AI, blockchain, and robotics, particularly where the technology addresses areas of societal importance.

Eligibility

  • Registered as a Private Limited company or LLP in India
  • All founders Indian citizens, with minimum 50% Indian ownership
  • Startup not more than 10 years from incorporation
  • Annual turnover has not exceeded Rs. 25 lakh since inception
  • Must have a valid proof of concept ready to be developed into a prototype

Funding Purpose

Grants of up to Rs. 7,00,000 over a 12 month program (extendable to 18 months in special cases) fund the work of taking a proof of concept through to a working prototype or MVP, supporting technical development of the product itself.
